International Women’s Day is devoted to eliminating gender bias and promoting non-discriminatory employment practices.
This year’s global theme for IWD is “Inspire Inclusion”, which aims to forge a more inclusive world for women collectively.

Beverley Simpson – Deal Desk Director – Australia & New Zealand for Microsoft – has over 20 years of large deal sales and management experience, Bev has been a top-performing individual contributor as well as manager and director of large IT organisations
Kathy Kaplan OAM – Founder & President – Impact – is a volunteer charity committed to making a difference for Victorian women and children fleeing extreme violence at home. Kathy has been Temple Beth Israel’s President, the Education Committee Chair and the Secretary of Progressive Judaism Victoria.
Dr Julie McClellan – Deputy Director of General Practice Training, Victoria at The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and Director and Principal GP – The Happy Baby Clinic – a GP clinic for mothers and babies based in Moorabbin. Julie’s special interests in medicine are infant sleep, settling, and perinatal mental health.
Brooke Matthews – Assistant Principal – Student Management and Wellbeing – Cheltenham Secondary College – has over 20 years of experience in the education sector. She has had various roles in that time, from teacher to school leader and assistant principal.
