Bringing hope to prisoners

In 2025, Bayside Community Care supported the rehabilitation and well-being of inmates in Kerobokan Prison in Bali through a range of essential supplies and programs. We provided 1,000 basic hygiene packs for women, 230 basic medical packs for all new inmates, and 35 basic clothing kits for women, and covered the acute care costs for three very ill prisoners.
To support rehabilitation and skill development, we supplied knitting and craft materials for 30 active participants in the knitting program and distributed 11 Business-in-a-Box kits to help people successfully reintegrate into the community upon release.
These initiatives provide both immediate support and longer-term opportunities, helping participants maintain dignity, develop skills, and build pathways toward a more positive future.
